Meet Sohaib Kureshi, MD
Dr. Kureshi is a sub-specialized, board-certified neurosurgeon who received his medical degree from University of Southern California and completed his residency at Duke University Medical Center, where he also served as Chief Neurosurgical Resident. Dr. Kureshi also completed a postdoctoral neuroscience research fellowship at California Institute of Technology. He is currently the Division Chief of Neurosurgery at both Scripps Mercy Hospital and Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego, California.
Dr. Kureshi, President of Neurosurgical Medical Clinic, has offices in San Diego and Carlsbad, and has been recognized as “Top Doctor” by San Diego Magazine over numerous years and received a Stellar Achievement Award for Specialty Care by Sharp Community Medical Group.
He is currently affiliated with Sharp Memorial Hospital, Sharp Grossmont Hospital, Sharp Chula Vista Hospital, Scripps Mercy Hospital and DISC Surgery Center at Carlsbad.
